Vacancies and essential information

The Shires is a growing school and from time to time there are job vacancies in all areas. Our staff team is a mix of experience and we sometimes have vacancies for people with little or no experience in autism. Working with young people who have serious learning difficulties is challenging but can bring great job satisfaction. The right attitude and willingness to learn are sometimes as valuable as technical knowledge as this can be learned.

The Shires is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and expects all staff, consultants, contractors and volunteers to share this commitment.
